This is a nice vintage Duncan & Millee canterbury blue opalescent folded glass bowl / basket / dish. In pretty good shape as the pics show with 1 small nick seen in the final pic but overall it's in pretty good shape and it come exactly as shown. It measures approximately 13 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 5 3/4" and the base is 3 3/8" in diameter.
