    Vintage
    TIGHTLY BOUND DRUM HAND MADE NATURAL HIDE
    The hide is in two colors the top and bottom are in a rich dark brown hide and the sides are in a dark fawn brown. The body of the drum is metal and you can tell that from areas that you can seen the background through. Their are some holes, missing hair and wear patterns in places, but for all of that is in wonderful condition. I think that the hide is glued some how to make the drum but on one side their is a leather tie which has been laced through slits in the hide. The leather tie runs the length of the drum and then 25 inches longer to make a hand hold. I believe that the leather is cow, but not sure. The tie is torn at one end but could be fixed.
    DEEP SOUND -
    THE DRUM IS STRETCH WONDERFULLY -
    THE HIDE HAS SOME HOLES AND MISSING HAIR BUT GIVES THIS WONDERFUL DRUM CHARACTER
    The diameter of the drum is 12 inches and is 7 3/4 inches tall.
