ADA Compliant Emergency Phones with Built - in Auto Dialer and Digital Announcer. The 1600A Series ADA Compliant Emergency Phones are designed to provide quick and reliable handsfree communication for any standard analog telephone line or analog phone system station port. All 1600A Series phones meet ADA requirements for elevator/ emergency telephones and can be programmed from any Touch Tone phone. The phones can dial up to 5 programmable emergency numbers as well as 2 central station numbers. In addition the E - 1600 - 20A and E - 1600 - 52A feature a second INFO button that will dial up to 3 non - emergency numbers. The 1600A Series phones can be programmed to automatically deliver a digital announcement to identify the location of the emergency call. Alternatively a DTMF Touch Tone code may also be delivered. A “Call Connected” LED can be initiated manually or automatically. All programming parameters including phone numbers and location numbers are stored in non - volatile E2 memory. All units are phone line powered requiring no batteries or external power and are compatible with common Central Station Monitoring equipment.For outdoor installations where the unit is exposed to precipitation or condensation select 1600A Series phones are available with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP). EWP products feature foam rubber gaskets and boots sealed connections gel - filled butt connectors as well as urethane or thermal plastic potted circuit boards with internally sealed field - adjustable trim pots and DIP switches for easy on - site programming. If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange will be made or a refund issued. We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) - This will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.
Please note:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Exceptions
For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not be returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on any costumes purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30). We will not accept any returns for Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn.
