This is a primitive or folk art vintage or antique small hooked rug piece, more like a mat or suitable to be framed. It depicts a house, trees and a fence. Red border. Burlap ground.
Condition - I would consider this in good condition. One spot in the walkway were a piece has come detached so it looks like a hole. It could probably be sewn through to correct. Some overall wear. Check edges for wear through. Colors brighter on reverse. Could brighten up with a cleaning if desired. Please ask all questions prior to purchase.
