“local pickup”. If this changes in the
future, we will modify this policy.
If an item doesn't have a “best offer”
option on the item page, then we are
not accepting offers at that time.
If the boss changes his mind, he will
add an offer option on the page.
Pricing is done by our boss and may
fluctuate up or down. Price is not based
upon 'the going eBay rate' OR the amount
a couple guys who run a price guide outfit
believe
it should be.
The price is based upon the amount
he originally paid for the item OR a
calculation of the value of the item he
had to give up in trade in order to get
the item(s) he is offering on website.
(He has a  number of longtime, regional
trading partners. And yes, among other
things, they actually
trade
their trading
cards from time to time.)
In fact, 85 to 90 percent of his items are
already listed at his “break even” price.
He is willing to do that, but he will never
sell at loss based on his original investment.
Regarding our photographic images >
Most of the images shown on our
listings are from our own
current
stock. Occasionally we will use
a 'stock photo' from
one of the
hundred plus sellers within
our family & friends network.
Sorry, but due to the limited amount
of time we can devote to eBay, we
cannot take additional photographs
of any of our items. However, if you
believe one of our listings features a
photo that does not match the item title,
feel free to give us a shout thru the
website messaging system and we'll
do our best to get it corrected asap.
Regarding availability of our current stock >
It's  rare we would have an item still
listed on eBay, that we recently sold out
of through one of the other venues where
we often sell, and forget to remove that
listing from the eBay site... but it does
happen from time to time.
In that event, your purchase payment
will be refunded in full. (Sorry, but we
no longer have time to maintain a
back order or other “waiting” list.)
Regarding the Feedback system >
Our group maintains multiple eBay seller
and buyer accounts and believe the
system of feedback, while far  from
perfect, is a mostly worthwhile part
of the eBay experience.
We are happy to leave feedback for
you once the transaction is complete.
Our policy on Feedback works as
follows: Once you receive your
item(s), and are satisfied that you
won't be making a return to us,
you can leave feedback for us first,
and then we will post feedback to
you in return, typically within two days.
If you don't wish to leave feedback
first, you can instead send us a message
through the eBay system, telling us you
are  satisfied with your purchase  and
that you won't be needing to return
any item. After you do that, we'll be
happy to leave feedback for you.
We have this policy because if you're
going to return any item you're also
going to be refunded.  In that  event ,
the “transaction” is
not
complete;
it has, for all intents and purposes,
been
voided.
Lastly, just a reminder...
please do not leave feedback for us
until after  you've received and
inspected your item(s) from us.
Regarding Shipping Policies >
For Domestic (USA) customers, we
offer a flat rate OR, in many cases,
free shipping.  The flat rate will vary
from item to item, generally based
on package weight.
We will mail many of our lightweight
items to Canada and a few items are
available to other International
locations, however, we no longer
accept purchases from outside the
U.S. unless specified within our
website listing.
If you're looking at one of our items,
please refer to the Shipping and
Payments tab for a full list of
countries that we ship to for that
particular item. We are not
responsible for any customs, duties,
or taxes that are incurred upon
delivery of an item to any country.
Regarding Returns & Refunds >
We no longer give partial refunds for
any reason. In fact, we haven't done
that in years. Do not purchase or bid
on any of our items with an intent to
“negotiate” on item(s) price or shipping
cost either before or after you receive
your item(s). If you are unsatisfied with
your purchase or item(s), you'll be
making a full return for a full refund
of your original cost.
We will accept your return when you
do so within 14 days of verified
delivery. If for any reason you'll be
returning the item(s), contact us first
through the eBay messaging system
and give a brief description of why
you need to make a return.
When you mail a return package it
must have an appropriate tracking
number and it must not arrive to us
as “postage due”.
Once verified that we have received
the correct item back from you, we
will issue a complete refund of your
item(s) price plus any cost you paid
to have us send the item to you
originally.
Buyers are responsible for both return
postage and return tracking costs and
these won't be refunded by us.
Lastly, when purchasing a factory sealed
box/package and opening it/breaking a
seal  or  removing tags from clothing,
shoes, e.g. , you are deemed to have
altered the product described within
the eBay listing.
In doing so, any and all returns, as well
as any and all warranties are null & voided.
Most of the hundred plus sellers within
our network  use digital video recording
during opening/inspecting of any return.
Regarding Sales Tax >
eBay may charge and collect from you
State (or other) Sales Tax. This will be
done as required by law based on your
location. We do not reimburse you for
any taxes or other fees that you have paid.
