The original from the inventor of the surf helmets with audio vents for better hearing and an adjustable visor. The visor blocks 98 percent of the UV rays and protects the eyes and face. It can be sunk into the helmet and thus offers a minimal contact surface for water or kite lines or the like.
The head protection is extremely light and so you hardly notice that you are wearing a helmet at all. During the development, special attention was paid to minimal water resistance in order to minimize the risk of neck injuries during washing. Of course, all gath helmets are absolutely corrosion-resistant and dry extremely quickly. Since 1989 the Australian pro surfer Rick gathgath Helmets not only for surfing, the standard by which the competition has to be measured. Perfect fit on land but also in water, minimal weight and minimal water and air resistance make the gath helmets known far beyond the surfing scene. No wonder then that gath the helmets of choice for kiters, jet ski pilots, canoeists or even parachutists when it comes to perfect fit, maximum functionality and absolute safety.
